Get rid of the japanese tag on the header of the home page?

The Japanese connection with Argyle has been less than successful (being kind there), yet there still exists a specific link box on the top of this sites home page in Japanese.  They failed to deliver on their promises time and time again so why are we still associating ourselves?  Bring this site up to date and delete the box.  Its annoying and irritating as it's a constant reminder to why we are in the mess we are in.
