The hardest part will be remembering not to cheer if Exeter are losing!

Comment by RODGER RUSE on Sunday

Hope you bring the team good luck by attending the game against Crewe, Jamie. At this point in time we could finish anywhere from 1st to 3rd. Hope Exeter will do us a favour on Saturday!

Just a heads up that this weekend's table update won't happen until late Sunday night, as I'm coming down to Plymouth for the Crewe game, and won't have internet access until I get home. I should have it ready by 10pm Sunday though

What a great day for the Management, players & supporters as well as everyone associated with the club. Something we have all been patiently waiting for over several years, through the hardship & pain.

The season isn't over yet though & the pressure will be on Doncaster more than us. They have to win at least 2 games + maintain the goal difference. We have nothing to lose knowing our objective has been achieved & if we were to knock Doncaster off the top it will be a real bonus. Bring it on.

Great celebrations at Home Park on Monday if they can get that final point!  Hopefully, with the tension of the last month over, the players can then show just how good they are in the final three games. They may well be trying to earn contracts in League 2. There have been many comments that the players are good enough for League 1 but I shall be amazed if Derek decides to keep them all as he is sure to want to strengthen at least a little by careful recruitment. A happier summer at last!

Whilst I agree that Newport will be out to spoil the party, for us now to miss promotion. Not only do we have to lose 4 games but Luton have to win all 4. Not impossible but unlikely.

I'm sure Derek will be keeping the players wound up & wanting to get results & if we can get that elusive 1 point it should take the pressure off & let's hope the team can then play out the season with no pressure and not only play some attractive football but get the results we deserve.
