What a difference a week makes! The most pleasing thing about today apart from a fine win was CFs tactical nouse at HT when Barnet were threatening to get back into the game. Please keep it going next week v Rochdale at HP . COYG

My support for Carl Fletcher has not been shared by everyone but the tactical changes mentioned in this blog show that he does have the ability to be a really good manager. I have always felt that he is in the same category as his former team mate Eddie Howe who has now returned to Bournemouth, a club with a very similar background to Argyle's recent problems and which enjoyed much success under Howe. Hopefully Carl will do even better! Everything he has done so far has reflected very well on his talents.
